Our House Team is exclusively on site at your property five days a week, and remains reachable outside concierge hours for urgent matters. Detailed shift handovers ensure that every team member is fully informed at any time – about the state of the building, upcoming maintenance and the concerns of the residential community. Anyone enquiring about yesterday's maintenance will receive the answer, even if the responsible colleague is not on duty. You can rely on us, no matter who is on shift.
